Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultants (Multiple Openings)
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hybrid (Pan India)
We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Subscription Management, Fusion Service (Redwood), and Customer Data Management (CDM).
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CX solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, Fusion Service, and/or Customer Data Management modules.
Lead functional workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and user training.
Manage integrations across Oracle CX, ERP, Order Management, and related applications.
Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion CX Cloud implementations.
Expertise in one or more modules:
Subscription Management (subscriptions, renewals, pricing, billing)
Fusion Service (Service Requests, Knowledge Management, Redwood UI)
Customer Data Management (Customer/Party/Account Management, Data Governance, Hierarchies)
Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Oracle Fusion CX certifications.
Experience in multiple Oracle CX modules and cross-functional integrations.
