Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead-Talent Management
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience and a minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Strong experience in solution design, configuration, client engagement, and project delivery is required.
