🚀 Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🏷️ Industry: Beauty | Skincare | Cosmetics
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Manage advertising budgets, retargeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or D2C industry is preferred.
