Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employee communication, and day-to-day HR activities.
Candidates with any level of experience, including freshers, are welcome to apply. Candidates with good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews with the management and technical teams.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Support HR operations, employee engagement, and attendance tracking.
Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Help the company attract and hire suitable talent for different job openings.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online job portals.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and follow up with candidates.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.
Knowledge of IT recruitment or technical hiring is an advantage but not mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Graduates in HR, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field are preferred.
Candidates from any industry with relevant recruitment or HR experience are welcome.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS tools will be an added advantage.
