Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online administration.
Experience in designing and implementing Exchange Online platforms from scratch.
Proven experience in RUN operations and day-to-day platform management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scripting and automation, preferably using PowerShell.
Experience in platform ownership and messaging service management.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
