About SKYA
SKYA Realtech is a Faridabad-based real estate developer building a portfolio of residential projects across segments, from affordable and mid-segment group housing to luxury residences and senior living. We’re a young, design-led team looking for an architect who wants hands-on ownership of projects from concept to execution.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the design leadership to move projects through design development, keep drawings and consultants aligned, and bring research-backed thinking to how we plan homes.
Key Responsibilities
Support design development for residential projects, from concept and schematic stages through detailed design
Prepare, review and coordinate architectural drawings, ensuring consistency across sets and revisions
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade and other consultants, tracking inputs, resolving clashes and keeping timelines on track
Conduct design research: unit planning benchmarks, competitor projects, materials, specifications and market trends
Build 3D models and presentations in SketchUp for internal reviews, sales and marketing teams
Support approval and sanction drawing processes as required
Maintain drawing registers and documentation
What We’re Looking For
B.Arch from a recognised institution
5+ years of experience in residential housing projects (group housing preferred)
Strong working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Office and basic presentation tools
Good understanding of residential planning, building byelaws and working drawings
Clear communicator who can manage multiple consultants and follow through
Curious, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-moving, growing team
Good to Have
Exposure to Haryana/DTCP approvals
Familiarity with Revit, Lumion/Enscape or similar tools
Experience with Mivan/aluminium formwork projects
