📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan & Gurugram, Haryana
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA preferred
🏛️ Preferred Institutes: NICMAR / RICS
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution, planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, resources, and project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Prepare progress reports, MIS, and project review presentations.
Identify project risks and implement corrective measures.
Required Skills
Strong project planning, execution, and management skills.
Good knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQ, billing, and cost control.
Excellent coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with an MBA in Project Management or Construction Management from NICMAR or RICS, along with strong project execution capabilities, will be preferred.
