Isiri Technologies INC is looking for an experienced SAP Application Maintenance Support professional to manage application support activities, coordinate with customers, monitor incidents, and support system releases and deployments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling application maintenance, reporting, release coordination, and system monitoring while following established operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & Industry Alignment
• Work with customers to support existing developments and implement new changes related to AEMO or industry requirements.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with relevant teams to address application changes.
• Ensure application support activities align with customer expectations and industry guidelines.
2. Incident Management & Monitoring
• Monitor the incident queue and track issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve application incidents.
• Perform regular system monitoring and follow established support procedures.
• Run scan tools as required to identify potential issues.
3. Reporting & Documentation
• Generate reports for monthly customer calls.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and support activities.
• Provide updates on application status, issues, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
4. Release Management & Deployment
• Follow ATQ guidelines for new releases.
• Coordinate with ATQ and other relevant teams before deploying packages to the production environment.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-deployment checks.
• Ensure release activities follow the required procedures and quality standards.
5. System Maintenance
• Maintain Sirius and PT updates as required.
• Support ongoing application maintenance and system updates.
• Follow established operational processes to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address maintenance-related issues.
Experience & Qualifications
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in SAP application maintenance and support.
• Experience working with customers on existing developments and new application changes.
• Understanding of incident monitoring, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Experience with release management and production deployment coordination.
• Ability to follow ATQ guidelines and coordinate with multiple technical teams.
• Familiarity with scan tools and application monitoring processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
