Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Research Associate to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. This role is crucial in generating high-impact market insights and helping our global clients make informed strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research:
-Perform extensive secondary research using credible online resources, research articles, industry databases, and corporate websites.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Gather, analyze, and validate qualitative and quantitative market data to extract actionable insights.
-Monitor and track industry trends, competitor activities, supply chains, and market drivers.
-Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries, and data presentations based on findings.
Strategic Support:
-Support senior analysts and project leads in market research, competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, value chain analysis, and financial analysis.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and product development) to execute strategic initiatives.
Operations & Quality:
-Maintain and regularly update internal research databases with accurate, relevant market data.
-Continuously identify opportunities to enhance research methodology, data collection, and report quality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Full-time bachelor's degree (B.Sc. / BCA / BBA / B. Com / or M. Sc.) from a reputed institute.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis, and visual charts) and MS PowerPoint.
Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.
Communication & Comprehension: Excellent reading comprehension, written, and verbal English communication skills.
Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a desire to excel in a high-growth environment.
