Spatial Designer

We are looking for a Senior Spatial / Exhibit designer with an interdisciplinary approach.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a solid portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for spatial design and design in general. This candidate will have experience in working with different design fields and integrating different skillsets into a design concept. A process-oriented interdisciplinary approach working with different materials and techniques. Should perform in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the internal team, clients, multiple production houses, vendors, artisans, artists, and all collaborators involved.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Interdisciplinary approach: Collaborating with designers from different fields and working with different materials, techniques, and processes.
* Styling and decor: Curation of stylised objects/art of all creative fields to narrate the concept.
* Project & Team Management: Organising, planning, and managing projects by working with all stakeholders involved, from concept to completion, including time management and budgeting.
* Anticipation & Collaboration; Working effectively with research team, designers, artisans, and other specialists to seamlessly anticipate the requirement and intervene timely.
* Spatial storytelling: Strategic translation of stories and design concepts to spatial manifestations. Articulation of targeted concepts and experiences in physical spaces.
Qualifications:
* Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Exhibition Design/ Architecture/Interior or related fields
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Exhibition Design/ Architecture or related field
* Proficient in CAD, 3D Modelling, Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, spatial design, and decor sensibility.
* Mixed range of work. Projects showcasing skills in different design fields.
