Role Description The Studio Manager (Automobile) at Caross is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The person in this role will oversee the daily operations of the automobile-focused studio, ensuring an organized, safe, and efficient environment for events, demos, and innovation activities. Responsibilities include coordinating studio schedules, managing equipment and resources, and supporting the setup and execution of hackathons, workshops, and customer demonstrations related to automotive technologies. The Studio Manager will interact with clients, partners, and participants, handle walk-ins and appointments, and ensure high-quality customer service and brand representation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on project planning, tracking studio performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall studio experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage visitors, clients, and participants professionally and clearly.
Proven Team Leadership and Project Management abilities to coordinate studio activities, manage schedules, and oversee event execution.
Sales experience or aptitude to support studio-based demonstrations, convert inquiries into opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
Relevant experience in managing an automotive showroom, studio, innovation lab, or similar environment is highly beneficial.
Knowledge or strong interest in automobiles, mobility technologies, or engineering-related domains.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of organization and safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
