Designation: Assistant Training Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Process: Ads / Digital Marketing
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Ads/Digital Marketing Campaigns
Shift: Rotational
Week Offs: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days a week
What We’re Looking For:
3–4 years of relevant experience in Ads/Digital Marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts, campaign management, and marketing processes.
Experience in training, coaching, and developing teams would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for learning, performance improvement, and driving business excellence.
