We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.
Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications.
Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained.
Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs.
Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation.
Project Exposure
Experience handling commercial projects such as corporate offices, office spaces, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects, preferably ranging from ₹2 Crore to ₹25+ Crore.
