Technical Project Manager - Telco IT

This is NOT a purely administrative or PMO Scrum/Agile project management role. We are looking for a Hands-On Technical Project Manager who is comfortable working directly with Android hardware, SIM cards, mobile network logs, Google Sheets/Apps Script automation, and remote field deployments.

Eagletel is a specialized telecom technology company providing real-world testing, monitoring, and fraud analysis for mobile messaging (A2P SMS, Voice OTP, OTT/WhatsApp). We combine physical mobile devices, proprietary Android applications, active SIMs, and cloud analytics to give global operators and aggregators visibility into network performance and routing vulnerabilities.
What You Will Do
- Technical Deployment: Configure Android test devices, manage international SIM card activations, set up mobile network permissions, and test proprietary monitoring apps.
- Daily Operations & Troubleshooting: Monitor testing infrastructure across multiple countries, troubleshoot disconnected probes, and manage SIM rotations remotely.
- Traffic & Fraud Analysis: Investigate OTP delivery logs, identify grey-route delivery, sender ID manipulation, latency issues, and A2P bypass.
- Data & Reporting Automation: Build and maintain Google Sheets/Apps Script reporting environments, run data reconciliations, and handle basic REST API/automated exports.
- Field Operations Management: Coordinate with remote field partners and local contractors across international time zones.
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
1. Telecom / Network Basics: Understanding of mobile networks, SMS delivery, MSISDN, MCC/MNC, or A2P messaging.
2. Hands-On Tech & Hardware: Experience troubleshooting Android devices, SIM cards, mobile connectivity, and app permissions.
3. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: Comfortable manipulating large datasets, building formulas, and data analysis (Google Apps Script / Python / SQL is a huge plus).
4. Independent Problem Solver: Proven ability to investigate missing data/logs and troubleshoot issues without hand-holding.
5. Location & English Fluency: Based in/around Jakarta, Indonesia (preferred for operational coordination) with excellent written and spoken English.
