Position Overview
Twenty And Six is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. The Finance Manager will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting strategic business decisions, and ensuring the efficient management of company resources.
This position will work closely with senior management and relevant departments to evaluate financial performance, improve financial processes, manage cash flow, and support the company’s long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to financial management, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, expense monitoring, and cash flow management
Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with company objectives
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions
Monitor revenue, expenditures, operating costs, and financial performance against established budgets
Maintain accurate financial records and establish effective financial controls and reporting procedures
Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other routine accounting activities
Support financial planning initiatives, resource allocation, and cost optimization strategies
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial risks and business opportunities
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, and financial service providers as needed
Monitor financial policies and procedures to support compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency
Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support management planning and strategic initiatives

Monitor liquidity, coordinate cash flow planning, and support effective allocation of company resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with leadership and departmental teams to align financial priorities with operational objectives and long-term business goals.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position based in the United States. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and colleagues through virtual meetings, digital communication platforms, and financial management systems to ensure effective coordination and consistent execution of financial responsibilities.
