Position Overview
Twenty And Six is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Director to lead the company's financial planning, financial management, and long-term financial strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, strengthening financial performance, managing financial risks, and supporting executive leadership in making informed business decisions.
The Senior Financial Director will work closely with the executive team and department leaders to establish financial objectives, optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's sustainable growth in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
Manage financial reporting processes and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, expenditures, and capital allocation to support effective financial management
Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to strengthen financial stability and operational resilience
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support business planning and decision-making
Establish and improve financial policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures
Oversee financial performance reviews and identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement
Coordinate with accounting, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure effective financial management across the organization
Support investment analysis, business expansion planning, and the evaluation of strategic financial opportunities
Develop financial performance indicators and management reports to track progress against established objectives
Maintain appropriate financial governance and support compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards
Leadership and Collaboration
The Senior Financial Director will serve as a key member of the company's leadership team, providing financial direction and strategic guidance across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial priorities are integrated into business operations and long-term planning.
