Job Description
Adavii (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist Intern to join our remote team and support our MaidMatch platform. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable handling calls and messages, and be willing to learn while helping connect suitable maids with households.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and messages from customers and maids through MaidMatch.
Interview maids and collect their personal details, experience, and service information.
Understand customers’ household needs and requirements.
Match suitable maids with the right households.
Follow up with customers and maids to coordinate placements.
Maintain records and update customer and maid information.
🔹 Requirements
An undergraduate or student who needs an internship as part of their degree or academic requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls and messages.
Basic knowledge of computer applications is an advantage.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
