Key Responsibilities

Quality Gatekeeping: Perform initial visual inspections for transit damage and escalate quality issues to the QC department before items reach the line.
Kitting & Feeding: "Kit" specific components and deliver them to production cells just-in-time (JIT) to prevent assembly delays.

Compliance & Export: Prepare technical shipping documents for domestic and international freight, including HS Codes, Certificates of Origin, and Dangerous Goods notes (if applicable).
System Integrity: Update the ERP system to reflect the transition from "Work in Progress" (WIP) to "Finished Goods."
Manufacturing-Specific Requirements
ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with manufacturing modules in ERP software is essential for tracking part numbers and batch codes.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read basic technical drawings or pick-sheets to identify complex components correctly.
Lean Mindset: Familiarity with 5S, Kanban, or Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory principles is highly desirable.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing or engineering warehouse environment.
Certification: Forklift Truck (FLT) Counterbalance or Reach license is desirable.
