Job Title: Senior Provider Network Analytics Analyst/ BI Analyst
Location: Remote with Occasional Travel in Austin, TX
Type: Contract
Required Qualifications
Experience working on the healthcare payer side in provider network analytics, provider contracting analytics, reimbursement analysis, or healthcare pricing.
Strong understanding of hospital contracting, fee schedules, and reimbursement methodologies, including Percentage of Medicare, DRGs, per diems, and case rates.
Hands-on experience analyzing healthcare price transparency data and Machine-Readable Files (MRFs).
Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL capabilities.
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and identifying reimbursement trends.
Ability to communicate analytical findings to actuarial, pricing, and network contracting stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
