Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration, implementation, and global payroll rollouts. The consultant will be responsible for supporting payroll design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities across multiple countries.
Candidates must have practical payroll experience in one or more of the specified countries. Country coverage can be distributed across multiple consultants, with each consultant bringing relevant country-specific payroll knowledge and implementation or global rollout experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience in SAP ECP implementation, country deployment, or global payroll rollout projects.
Strong understanding of payroll configuration, payroll processing, schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll validation.
Experience with Employee Central and ECP integration, including employee master data replication.
Practical knowledge of country-specific payroll processes, statutory requirements, taxation, and deductions for the relevant countries.
Experience in payroll testing, parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, defect resolution, and go-live support.
Ability to work with global and local stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
