Role Description
This is a remote role for a French Trainer (B2 level). The French Trainer will design and deliver online lessons to learners aiming to achieve or strengthen B2-level proficiency in French. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, conducting live virtual classes, assigning and reviewing exercises, and providing individualized feedback on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
The trainer will assess learner progress through tests and evaluations, adapt teaching materials for different learning styles, and maintain accurate training records. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to refine curricula, integrating digital tools into lessons, and ensuring an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in French Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to guide learners to B2-level proficiency.
Experience in Teaching and Education, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
Background in Teacher Training or coaching other educators on effective instructional methods is an advantage.
B2 or higher proficiency in French (C1/C2 preferred), with clear, professional communication in English.
Relevant academic qualification in French, Languages, Education, or a related field.
Comfort with remote teaching tools and learning management systems; ability to conduct interactive online sessions.
Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining schedules, and attention to learner progress and outcomes.
