Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhekiajuli, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring that the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked. The Store Manager monitors sales, manages cash handling and basic reporting, and implements retail loss prevention measures to safeguard inventory and assets. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining store policies and procedures, and supporting promotional activities to drive store performance. The Store Manager collaborates with company leadership to meet store targets and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
Experience or proven ability in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operations.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
Prior experience in retail or store operations is preferred; leadership experience is an advantage.
Basic numeracy and comfort with cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Dhekiajuli, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
