Job Description
Are you looking for a new challenge in Client Data Services? We are seeking a dedicated Client Data Services Officer (f/m/d) to support our day-to-day operations. As a member of the Client Data Services team, you will play an important role in ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
Review and process account openings and changes to client relationships accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with formal requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Carry out data cleansing and migration activities to improve data quality
Proactively support front- and back-office teams in meeting formal requirements
Ensure that client data is entered and maintained accurately and efficiently
Contribute to the testing of new and existing functionalities and help shape the continued development of the CLM platform
Requirements
Education: A completed commercial or business-related qualification; a degree or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage
Professional experience: Experience in client service, administration or client data management, preferably within the financial services industry
Approach: A proven ability to work accurately and reliably when maintaining client records or supporting client-related processes
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant business software, such as client data management or CRM systems; strong organisational and time-management skills
Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and at least one Swiss national language
