Job Description
For our long-term development in the intermediary business, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as Client Relationship Officer External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA). In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Proactive and efficient handling of day-to-day business mainly via digital banking channels
Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions in Avaloq
Independent support of External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA) in general banking transactions
Substitution of other team members in all administrative matters (office management, business trips, agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
Collaboration in projects
Requirements
For this responsible position we are looking for a person with the following profile:
Completed banking apprenticeship, with experience as an assistant or client advisor in intermediary business or in supporting private banking clients
Further professional training in banking or a business management qualification would be an advantage
Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives as well as regulatory requirements in the intermediary or private banking business
Excellent customer orientation and willingness to serve in combination with an empathetic and outgoing personality
High degree of initiative and independence as well as a precise and efficient way of working
Proficiency in MS-Office; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
