Role Description The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, managing both front-end and back-end components. This full-time, on-site role in Pune City involves leading a development team, reviewing code, defining technical standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product owners and designers, implementing new features, improving performance, and troubleshooting complex issues across the stack. The role also includes guiding team members, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring best practices in security, testing, and deployment are consistently applied. The Lead Full Stack Developer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver reliable software on schedule.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, working with databases, and optimizing server-side performance.
Candidates should possess proficient Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
Candidates should possess good knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating clean, accessible, and consistent user interfaces.
Experience leading development teams, performing code reviews, and defining engineering best practices.
Strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment to cloud or on-premise environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), security best practices, and performance optimization is highly beneficial.
