About the Role:
Looking for a Privacy Implementation Specialist to drive privacy compliance initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate regulatory requirements into practical business and technology processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage privacy initiatives, including DPIAs, RoPA, consent management, incident handling, and regulatory readiness.
Engage with senior leadership, including CXOs, to present updates, risks, and recommendations.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Risk teams to embed privacy requirements into business processes.
Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on regulatory, legal, and technical privacy matters.
Drive program governance, reporting, dashboards, stakeholder coordination, and implementation tracking.
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or program management.
Knowledge of India's DPDP Act, GDPR, and other relevant privacy frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Understanding of APIs, cloud environments, and information security fundamentals.
Strong PMO skills, including governance, reporting, and program tracking.
CIPP/E or CIPM certification, or currently pursuing either, is good to have
