Our finance team plays a pivotal role in scaling our backend support systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and audit-readiness across all client-facing financial workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare, reconcile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly financial entries using advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.
Support month-end closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders and clients using automated Excel dashboards and templates.
Assist in vendor invoice processing, expense validation, and bank reconciliation with high attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely financial data alignment.
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual accounting tasks using Excel macros and functions.
