About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
MARA (NASDAQ: MARA) is a global leader in digital asset compute, developing and deploying innovative technologies to build a more sustainable and inclusive future. MARA secures the world’s preeminent blockchain ledger and supports the energy transformation by converting clean, stranded, or otherwise underutilized energy into economic value.
MARA is building a global portfolio of power-advantaged land, energy assets, and digital infrastructure to support Bitcoin mining, grid services, AI/HPC compute, and next-generation digital infrastructure.

The role provides meaningful ownership across the transaction lifecycle—from origination and initial screening through underwriting, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and close—across both domestic and international opportunities.
