UI UX Designer

🚀 We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer | Remote | 6+ Month Contract USC only #W2
We are looking for a self-driven UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in human-centered design, UX research, and prototyping to drive user experience improvements and explore AI-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate can independently lead research and design activities, translate complex user needs into actionable insights, and present recommendations to both project teams and executive stakeholders.

🎯 Role: UI/UX Designer
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX research, evaluation, and design activities.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Analyze current workflows, user pain points, behaviors, and unmet needs.
Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled, intelligent, and conversational user experiences.
Facilitate design-thinking sessions and co-creation workshops.
Translate research findings into prioritized design recommendations and a future-state experience roadmap.
Develop business cases highlighting user benefits, business value, feasibility, and implementation dependencies.
Collaborate with product, technology, HR, and business stakeholders.
Present research insights, design rationale, and recommendations to senior leadership.
🔹 Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end UX or human-centered design engagements.
Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, journey mapping, heuristic evaluation, and prototyping.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to executive audiences.
Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing AI-enabled or conversational user experiences.
Exposure to HR technology, talent marketplaces, or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of service design, product strategy, and business-case development.
Proficiency in UX research, wireframing, collaboration, and prototyping tools.
Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
