We are looking for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale global workforce transformation initiative within the Pharmaceutical / Clinical Development industry.
The project is entering the implementation phase, focusing on expanding global capabilities in India and Poland, workforce transition, knowledge transfer, and successful execution of transformation strategies.
📌 Position Details

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Duration: 18 Months

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Drive workforce transformation strategies and implementation plans across global teams.
Coordinate workforce transitions, knowledge transfer, and onboarding initiatives.
Support the expansion of global teams and capabilities in India and Poland.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Clinical Trials teams.
Manage stakeholder communication, project milestones, and implementation progress.
Partner with functional leaders and senior executives to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
🔹 Required Qualifications
Experience in project management, business transformation, strategy implementation, or organizational change.
Relevant exposure to Pharmaceutical R&D, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or Clinical Trials.
Experience with workforce transitions, knowledge transfer, onboarding, or global capability expansion.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proven ability to drive implementation activities and deliver project outcomes.
🔹 Additional Requirements – Senior Project Managers
Experience working directly with VPs, executive leadership, and senior functional stakeholders.
Strong leadership, strategic implementation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex, global transformation initiatives.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profiles
✅ Management consultants with pharmaceutical or clinical development experience.
✅ Project Managers from pharmaceutical R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or Clinical Trials.
✅ Transformation professionals experienced in global workforce expansion, knowledge transfer, and organizational change.
