The Role
Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will lead RAAPID's finance function as Interim CFO while driving business expansion, fundraising and strategic growth initiatives across group companies.
What You Will Do
Own the CFO mandate: financial planning, FP&A, cash flow, treasury and unit economics, leading the finance team.
Lead fundraising readiness, investor relations and Board reporting.
Track and drive ARR, margin, burn and revenue forecasting with Sales and Customer Success.
Ensure statutory, tax and audit compliance across India and US entities, with strong internal controls.
Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, deal execution and post acquisition integration.
Evaluate and execute new markets, strategic partnerships and new ventures.
Oversee financial governance of equity and incentive plans.
Drive the executive operating rhythm through reviews, dashboards and KPI tracking.
Champion AI and automation in finance operations.
What You Bring
15+ years in business expansion, strategy and finance leadership; CA, CPA or MBA.
Proven record of launching new markets, partnerships or business lines in SaaS, AI or Healthcare Technology.
Hands on M&A experience: target evaluation, due diligence, deal execution and post acquisition integration.
Finance leadership through an acquisition or exit, with CFO or Finance Head experience.
Fundraising and investor relations exposure, including India and US entity finance.
A track record as a trusted advisor to Founders, CEOs and Boards.
