We are looking for an experienced Non - IT recruiter to handle end to end recruitment for manufacturing roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across plant operations, sales and corporate roles.
Experience : 5 - 8 years
Qualification : MBA/MSW/MA HRM
Job location : Chennai
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for non - IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirments
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manager offer roll-out, negotiation, and joiing formalities
- Maintain Recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics(TAT, cost per hire etc.,)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation
