Role Description The Research & Innovation Associate (Volunteer – Remote) is a full-time role based on-site in Bhopal. The associate will support the design and execution of research projects, including literature reviews, data collection, basic analysis, and preparation of research briefs or prototype documentation. Daily responsibilities may include collaborating with senior researchers and engineers on concept development, contributing to proposals and reports, and helping translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights. The role also involves engaging with internal teams or external partners to understand problem statements, exploring innovative solutions across domains such as health, infrastructure, and finance, and maintaining organized records of project activities. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in research, innovation, and systems thinking within a mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, including literature review, data interpretation, and problem framing.
