IMCS Staffing is looking for a skilled Workday Functional Analyst I for an opportunity with Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Position Details
Job Title: Workday Functional Analyst I – HCM & Training Focus
Location: Tulsa, OK (Remote or Hybrid)
Contract Duration: November 9, 2026 – November 10, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Minimum Salary: $82,742.40
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, test, and support Workday applications.
Analyze business processes and implement system enhancements.
Provide end-user training, guidance, and mentoring.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and technology partners.
Support application updates, releases, and implementation projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Functional Workday experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of HCM workflows and application functionality.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, training, and mentoring abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
