Role Description The Design Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support branding and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day work includes developing graphics for digital and print channels, collaborating with strategy and marketing teams to interpret brand guidelines, and refining design concepts based on feedback. The role involves conducting visual and market research to inform design decisions, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. The Design Specialist will participate in project planning, contribute creative ideas, and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail in all deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills, including Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused work.
Ability to conduct effective Research to inform design concepts, audience understanding, and competitive positioning.
Experience with Architecture-related visualization or spatial design concepts, especially as they relate to branded environments or structural layouts.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows for translating concepts into precise, production-ready designs when required.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and familiarity with digital and print production processes.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work effectively on remote, cross-functional teams.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
