Wave Films, a US video production company, is looking for a reliable finance professional to manage our accounts.
What you'll do:
• Manage our QuickBooks and keep our books and accounts accurate
• Oversee invoicing and payment tracking
• Coordinate with clients to follow up on payments
• Confirm when payments have come in, and update the team and QuickBooks
• Keep our financial records organized and up to date
What we're looking for:
• Accounting or finance background (CA or similar qualification preferred)
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience
• Strong English, spoken and written
• Organized, dependable, and a clear communicator
• Availability for US Eastern time hours
Pay: $5/hour (negotiable).
The role starts part-time and has potential to become full-time.
