Who are we hiring?
The Flight Coordinator and Scheduler position coordinates customer travel requirements for MSG executives and others as required. This role works collaboratively with the Aviation team, third-parties, Executive Administrators, and a variety of senior leaders through out the organization serving as the nexus of the enterprises trip logistics. The Flight Coordinator and Scheduler role requires uncompromising service with accuracy, reliability and professional decorum at the highest standard while ensuring efficiency and proactively mitigating risks.
What will you do?
Accurately and professionally interfaces with Executive Administrators during all phases of travel.
Facilitates all travel requests formulating travel itineraries in a timely manner.
Continually identifies for operational efficiency (e.g., optimizing routes and mitigating deadhead legs)
