Job Description
Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced MIS Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in Bizom Software, preferably from an FMCG company.
The ideal candidate must be an expert in extracting, managing, analyzing, and reporting sales and distribution data directly from the Bizom App / Bizom SFA & DMS platform.
We are specifically looking for a professional who has worked extensively with Bizom in an FMCG sales and distribution environment and can independently manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Bizom Data Extraction: Independently extract, download, validate, and analyze data from Bizom Software.
Sales MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports using Bizom data.
Primary & Secondary Sales Analysis: Track and analyze sales trends, targets, achievements, and distributor-wise performance.
Sales Team Performance: Monitor field sales activities, attendance, productivity, outlet coverage, and beat plans through Bizom.
Distributor & Retailer Reports: Generate distributor-wise, territory-wise, SKU-wise, and retailer-wise sales reports.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and management MIS reports.
Data Accuracy & Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of Bizom reports and identify discrepancies in sales and distribution data.
Inventory & Stock Analysis: Analyze stock movement, SKU performance, and inventory reports using available Bizom data.
Management Reporting: Provide actionable sales insights to senior management for business planning and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Accounts, and Management teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on working experience with Bizom Software is compulsory.
Proven experience extracting and analyzing data directly from the Bizom App / Portal.
Previous MIS / Sales Operations experience in an FMCG company.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and reporting dashboards.
Experience preparing primary sales, secondary sales, distributor, and field sales performance reports.
Ability to independently handle large datasets and generate accurate MIS reports.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Important Eligibility Criteria
⚠️ ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRACTICAL, HANDS-ON BIZOM SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY.
Experience in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP software alone will not qualify candidates without actual Bizom working experience.
