About the Role
Viviana Properties, a growing real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for confident, driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and are ready to build your career in Dubai, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s property offerings
Generate and qualify leads, and follow up consistently to move them through the sales funnel
Understand client requirements and present suitable options with clear, persuasive communication
Invite and convert leads into site visits, office meetings, and Zoom presentations
Meet daily and monthly call, RSVP, and sales targets
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM and daily reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (educated candidates with a good academic background preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecommunications sales, or any sales role
Excellent spoken English and Hindi
Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
Professional attitude, discipline, and good grooming
Must be able to relocate to Dubai and join immediately
