Continuing Education funds/Professional dues/Subscriptions: up to $2,000/year for CE units needed to maintain licensure, improve existing skills, stay current on dental practice, and/ or help meet organizational needs. These funds can also be used for professional dues and subscriptions
Continuing education hours: up to 40 paid hours per year
Malpractice Insurance through FTCA and NorCal
Petaluma Health Center 401K Match: PHC matches $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the employee up to 2.5% of the employee’s salary per pay period. In addition, PHC contributes 3% of each employee’s salary as Safe Harbor contribution annually, if the employee has met the service requirements.
Payment of bi-annual California state licensure
