Hiring Range: $33.80 - $41.20 per hour (includes WISe Differential)
$3,000 sign-on bonus*

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is looking for a compassionate Bilingual WISe Team Therapist to join our Wraparound Intensive Services (WISe) team, dedicated to helping at-risk kids and their families access intensive, personalized mental health support. WISe offers a highly individualized approach, meeting families where they are—at home or in convenient community locations—to create a plan centered on each child and family’s strengths.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical services to children and families, including evidence-based treatments (CANS certification required within two months of hire).
Provide outreach and participate in meetings in various settings (home, community, office).
Collaborate with schools, social services, and providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Build support networks, including natural and community supports, to empower families in WISe.
Educate families, advocate for client rights, and maintain coordination with agencies like DSHS, court systems, and housing authorities.
Support clients in accessing healthcare, developing self-management skills, and connecting with primary care and dental providers.
Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with crisis services as needed.
Document client progress and maintain client records in alignment with agency standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Psychology, social services, or a mental health field.
EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience)
