Custodos solves this. We bring all leading AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) into one secure platform, with data stored in Switzerland and processing in the EU or Switzerland. Companies across Switzerland, Germany and Austria use Custodos to roll out AI to their entire team. Our product is live, and we’re building fast.
The role
You’ll build the product thousands of employees use to work with AI every day. You own features across the whole stack, from database to interface.
What you’ll do
Build and ship features end-to-end: frontend, backend and database.
Create a fast, intuitive interface that works for everyone, from lawyers to warehouse staff.
Build the admin area where companies manage models, roles, budgets and knowledge.
Design APIs and integrate third-party services.
Keep our codebase simple, tested and easy to extend.
You’re a fit if
You have solid experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js (or similar).
You’re comfortable with backend development and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
You care about great UX and sweat the details.
You use AI tools in your daily work and ship fast.
You speak good English. German is a plus.
You’re probably not a fit if
you only want to work on one side of the stack.
