Custodos solves this. We bring all leading AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) into one secure platform, with data stored in Switzerland and processing in the EU or Switzerland. Companies across Switzerland, Germany and Austria use Custodos to roll out AI to their entire team. Our product is live, and we’re building fast.
The role
AI is our product. You’ll build the systems that make the world’s best models useful for companies: with their own knowledge, their own assistants and their own workflows, safely.
What you’ll do
Build our retrieval systems so every answer draws on company knowledge, with sources.
Develop assistants and multi-step AI workflows that automate real work.
Integrate and evaluate new models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and others.
Build automatic model routing so every request goes to the best model.
Measure quality with evals and make the results better every week.
You’re a fit if
You have solid experience with Python or TypeScript.
You’ve built and shipped products with LLMs, not just experiments.
You know RAG, embeddings, agents or evals from practice.
You care more about real-world impact than about the latest benchmark.
You speak good English. German is a plus.
You’re probably not a fit if
you’d rather train models than build products.
