Role Description The Human Resources Officer will support and enhance HR operations across the organization in a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and local regulations. The Human Resources Officer will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, job description development, onboarding, performance management coordination, and offboarding activities. Day-to-day tasks also include handling employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and team members, maintaining accurate HR records, and collaborating with leadership to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s growth in a distributed, tech-driven environment.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with the full employee lifecycle.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Job Description Development, with the ability to design and maintain clear, compliant, and role-specific documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.
Relevant experience with remote or distributed teams, including digital HR tools and HRIS platforms, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in technology, AI, or data-driven organizations, and interest in Insight Genesis – IGAi’s mission to improve access to personalized insights, is a plus.
