Required Skills:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2 positions.
Recruit candidates for service-based clients, Federal, and Government projects.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely submissions.
