We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Research & Development Team to specialise in Optronics, at our modern production facility in Riga with cutting-edge equipment and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Development of new Products
Product design development and maintenance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle
Design and implementation of mechanisms and auxiliary equipment necessary to produce products
Development and maintenance of technical documentation
Analysis and elimination of product deficiencies
Resolving issues that arise during the performance of work
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360) and Finite element analysis (FEA) tools
ANSYS software proficiency will be considered advantageous
Knowledge, skills and understanding of production processes
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering
Excellent communication and Teamwork abilities

Salary 2,700 - 3,200 EUR (gross) per month depending on experience
