Role Description The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment between client expectations and delivered design services. In this part-time, remote role, the Account Manager will coordinate project timelines, manage inquiries, and facilitate the flow of information between clients and the design team. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings, tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, and addressing client feedback or concerns in a professional manner. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to accounts and projects. This position requires strong ownership of client experience and the ability to work independently while collaborating virtually.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, including effective communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared documents, task management platforms) for remote collaboration.
Comfort working with creative or design-focused projects, with the ability to understand and convey client requirements clearly.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and follow-up on tasks and client requests.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and professional judgment.
Prior experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service is preferred.
