Role Description This is a full-timerole for a Life Sciences/Medical Devices Specialty Recruiter. In this position, the recruiter proactively sources, screens, and evaluates candidates for life sciences, biotech, and medical devices roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role includes conducting structured interviews, assessing qualifications and cultural fit, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. The recruiter collaborates closely with clients to understand position requirements, provide market insights, and deliver timely staffing solutions. Daily activities also involve maintaining talent pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, providing professional and responsive customer service to candidates and clients, and supporting continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Demonstrated interviewing skills, including conducting structured, competency-based interviews
Excellent customer service abilities for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and candidates
Knowledge of medicine, life sciences, or medical devices, with the ability to understand technical and clinical role requirements
Previous experience in agency or corporate recruiting within life sciences, biotech, or healthcare is highly beneficial
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
