V-Key is an internationally acclaimed software-based digital security company headquartered in Singapore and founded in 2011. Its pioneering mobile technology powers ultra-high-security solutions for digital identity, authentication, authorization for major banks, payment gateways, and government agencies.
We are also the inventor of V-OS, the world’s first and only true patented virtual secure element that uses advanced cryptographic and cybersecurity protections to comply with standards previously reserved only for expensive hardware solutions. It supports a wide range of use cases, including digital banking, national digital identity, digital tokens, Smart Nation, Card-less ATM withdrawals, and Mobile Document Signing.
The Business Analytics Intern will support the Financial Operations team by contributing to data aggregation, process automation, and insight generation initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to managing data, with training and mentorship provided throughout the internship.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support data collection and extraction efforts across the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem.
Leverage AI-driven tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other automation frameworks to aggregate and reconcile data across disparate ERP systems, translating raw data into actionable business insights.
Design and build internal tooling to streamline data aggregation, transformation, and analysis workflows.
Requirements
Pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Working knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is required.
Working proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language, with a focus on data manipulation and automation is required.
Optional
Familiarity with major ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, SAP is a plus, but not required.
Exposure to SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus, but not required.
Prior coursework or project experience in financial modeling, statistics, or data engineering is a plus.
