Project Risk, Safety & Compliance Management:
Conduct a formal project risk assessment at the initiation of every project, covering technical, schedule, financial, safety, and client-related risks.
Establish and maintain a risk register for each active project, logging identified risks, likelihood, impact, and mitigation actions.
Review and update each project's risk register at least monthly, or immediately upon identification of a new material risk.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for all risks rated medium or higher.
Conduct site-specific safety risk assessments (e.g., Job Safety Analysis) prior to the commencement of work on site, including refrigerant handling, electrical, and medical equipment-specific hazards where applicable.
